Land Securities has joined forces with Medway Council to create an innovative education project to engage the younger Medway community in the creation of plans for Lodge Hill. In 2010, Land Securities' consultants spend six months working with over 200 pupils from six local secondary schools and Mid Kent College. This education project, which focused on real life challenges facing Land Securities' team, has been praised by OFSTED.

- A-Level Business Studies students from Thomas Aveling School worked with Hunt Dobson Stringer to assess the market potential of a country house hotel at Lodge Hill
- Students from Mid Kent College studying for their Advanced Diploma in Construction worked with PRP Architects to create their own masterplan for Lodge Hill
- GCSE Creative and Media students from Hundred of Hoo School created an advertising campaign to promote Lodge Hill, working with PPS Group
